01

Acceptance and eligibility

These Terms of Use govern access to aerocivil.us and its content, forms, and related website features. The website is operated by Aerocivil US, LLC, doing business as AeroCivil. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of accepting these Terms. If you use the website for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to act for it.

02

Website purpose; no engagement

The website provides general information about aviation consulting and operational support capabilities. Website content is informational and does not constitute flight planning, operational control, legal or regulatory advice, an authorization, a binding quotation, or a commitment to provide services.

Submitting a form or communicating with AeroCivil does not create a consultant-client, agency, fiduciary, employment, or other professional relationship. Services begin only after AeroCivil confirms the engagement in a separate written agreement or written operational instruction accepted by the appropriate parties.

03

Aviation and regulatory disclaimer

Aviation conditions, airspace restrictions, permits, slots, customs requirements, airport availability, weather, security measures, and government procedures can change without notice. Website information must not be used as the sole basis for a flight, dispatch, safety, customs, immigration, sanctions, import/export, or regulatory decision.

The aircraft operator, pilot in command, dispatcher, owner, and contracting party remain responsible for operational control, airworthiness, crew qualifications, safety, flight planning, regulatory compliance, passenger and cargo documentation, and all required approvals. Instructions from competent authorities, air traffic control, official publications, and current operational sources control over website content.

This public website and its consultation form are not emergency, flight-following, or real-time operational channels. AeroCivil's 24/7 availability through designated operations contacts does not make the public website an active-flight safety channel. For time-critical assistance, use the operations contact information shown on the website and confirm that your request has been received.

04

Availability and third parties

AeroCivil may coordinate with civil aviation authorities, customs agencies, airports, fixed-base operators, handlers, fuel providers, carriers, aircraft operators, flight crews, technology providers, and other independent parties. Their decisions, availability, performance, pricing, and processing times are outside AeroCivil's control.

References to worldwide service coverage and 24/7 coordination describe AeroCivil's operating availability. Government approvals, permits, slots, routes, airport access, service-provider availability, and third-party processing times remain subject to the decisions and conditions of the responsible parties. AeroCivil does not guarantee a particular third-party or government outcome.

05

User responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and authorized information and to:

  • Use the website only for lawful business purposes.
  • Protect confidential, personal, and operationally sensitive information.
  • Independently verify information before making operational decisions.
  • Comply with aviation, customs, immigration, trade-control, sanctions, and other applicable laws.
  • Obtain all permissions required to provide information concerning an aircraft, company, passenger, crew member, or third party.
06

Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Interfere with the website, security controls, or supporting systems.
  • Attempt unauthorized access, probing, scraping, or automated extraction.
  • Submit malicious code, spam, fraudulent requests, or false identities.
  • Use website content or branding to misrepresent affiliation, authority, or endorsement.
  • Copy, resell, or commercially exploit substantial website content.
  • Use the website in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
07

Consultation submissions

You retain ownership of information submitted through the website. You grant AeroCivil permission to process and share it with authorized personnel and providers as reasonably necessary to evaluate the request, communicate with you, maintain security, and comply with law.

Do not send classified information, security credentials, payment-card data, medical records, government identifiers, or sensitive passenger or crew records through the public form. A submission is not confidential under a professional-duty standard unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.

08

Intellectual property

The website, design, text, graphics, logos, photographs, route visualizations, software, and other content are owned by AeroCivil or used under authorization and are protected by intellectual-property laws. AeroCivil grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to access the website for lawful internal informational purposes.

No license to any trademark, service mark, copyrighted work, database, or software is granted except for that limited right. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

09

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” AeroCivil disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, availability, and freedom from harmful components.

AeroCivil does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, complete, current, or error-free. Links to external services do not constitute an endorsement, and AeroCivil is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices.

10

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AeroCivil and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or operational losses arising from use of or inability to use the website.

These limitations apply only to use of the public website. They do not apply where prohibited by law, do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, and do not replace the liability terms of a separate signed service agreement.

11

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AeroCivil and its personnel from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, material breach of these Terms, unauthorized submission of another person's information, or infringement of third-party rights.

12

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory law, courts located in Harris County, Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the website or these Terms.

Before filing a claim, each party agrees to provide written notice and allow 30 days for a good-faith attempt to resolve the matter, unless immediate relief is reasonably necessary to protect safety, confidential information, systems, or intellectual property.

13

Changes and general terms

AeroCivil may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the date shown on this page. Continued use after the effective date of a revision constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning use of the website, but do not supersede a signed agreement governing paid or operational services.
